Private Policy, Terms of Sale & Item Not Received (INR) Agreement

Product Use Disclaimer (Non-Medical)

All products sold on this website, including insulin pens, are sold solely as non-medical liquid measurement tools.

These products are not medical devices, are not intended for medical use, and are not intended to administer insulin or any medication. No medical claims or warranties are made. The buyer assumes full responsibility for use of the product.


Shipping Timeframes (Estimated Delivery)

All delivery times provided at checkout or elsewhere on this website are estimates only, not guarantees.

  • Standard estimated delivery: up to 4 weeks

  • In rare or exceptional circumstances (including customs inspection, international transit delays, carrier backlog, or force majeure): up to 12 weeks

The buyer expressly acknowledges that delivery occurring within these stated timeframes does not qualify as “Item Not Received.”


Shipment Confirmation & Seller Fulfillment

The seller fulfills their obligation when the order is:

  • Correctly processed, and

  • Shipped to the address provided by the buyer, and

  • Accompanied by proof of shipment, which may include carrier confirmation and/or tracking information

Once proof of shipment exists, the order is considered shipped and fulfilled for the purposes of Item Not Received claims.


Transfer of Risk After Shipment

Once the package has been handed to the carrier:

  • Risk of loss transfers to the buyer

  • The seller is no longer responsible for the outcome of transit

  • The seller is not responsible for carrier errors or third-party actions

The buyer agrees that shipment confirmation satisfies the seller’s delivery obligation.


Shipping Insurance (Buyer Responsibility)

Shipping insurance is optional and may be purchased separately by the buyer.

If the buyer does not purchase shipping insurance, they expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • They assume all risk of loss, theft, delay, seizure, or misdelivery

  • The seller is not required to refund, replace, or reship the order

Choosing not to purchase shipping insurance is considered an affirmative acceptance of transit risk by the buyer.


Item Not Received (INR) Acknowledgment

By completing a purchase, the buyer agrees that the following do not constitute a valid “Item Not Received” claim provided the seller has proof of shipment:

  • Carrier delay within the stated delivery window

  • Package lost after shipment

  • Package marked as delivered but not received

  • Package held, delayed, or seized by customs or postal authorities

  • Package delivered to the address provided by the buyer

The buyer understands that Item Not Received applies only to orders that were never shipped, not to orders lost or delayed after shipment.


PayPal Disputes & Chargebacks

By placing an order, the buyer expressly agrees that:

  • Filing an Item Not Received claim or chargeback for a package that was shipped and confirmed by the carrier is invalid

  • The seller may submit this policy, shipment confirmation, and delivery estimates as evidence

  • The buyer has accepted responsibility for shipping outcomes after dispatch

 

Acceptance of Terms

By completing checkout, the buyer confirms that they have:

  • Read and understood this policy

  • Acknowledged estimated delivery times

  • Accepted that risk transfers after shipment

  • Accepted responsibility for insuring their shipment if desired

If the buyer does not agree to these terms, they must not place an order.
